SHIPPING INFORMATION:

All orders are shipped UPS and are subject to UPS shipping fees. Every effort will be made to ship orders the best way by UPS at the discretion of the purchaser.





RETURNS:

Returns must have an RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA) prior to return. Return request must be made within 30 days of invoice date. There will be a 15% restocking fee unless merchandise is damaged upon receipt by purchaser see (DAMAGED SHIPMENTS) below. Returns must be shipped prepaid freight by the purchaser, with the RETURN MERCHANDISE NUMBER (RA) shown on the outside of all cartons. No credit will be allowed on returned merchandise not in saleable condition. No RA's will be issued after 30 days from invoice date. returns must be received within 45 days from the original purchase date. For a return to be processed, you must first e:mail or call and obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA). This number must be noted on the outside of the box being returned as it creates the documentation used to inspect the return and apply credit in the proper method to the account.



DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:

If you receive a damaged package, make a note that it is damaged when signing for the package. Ownership is passed to the customer when the item leaves our facility. Damaged items will be exchanged for the same part number only. Any problems or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the package.



TEXAS RESIDENTS SALES TAX

All customers residing in the state of Texas MUST include 8.25% sales tax on all purchases. Any totals of purchased products by Texas State residents, will reflect this addition in the final check out in the shopping cart.
